In my opinion, who is the better candidate? I'm sure this is going to offend the popular consensus, but I'm going with Hillary here, simply because, even though she's never been a national leader, she and her husband have consulted each other a lot during Bill's administration, in order to run this country efficiently and with pride. How long has it been since we've lived in a time when a large part of the population was prosperous, and had bullet-proof faith in it's national leader to run the country? Now, I know you all don't want to see another Clinton in office, but let me tell you people, this is not Clinton all over again, it is a president that can get it done right, every time, and can effectively explain to us how, without all that political mumbo-jumbo. Because, when you have nothing to hide, you can tell it to the people straight, and not jump through loopholes, and mystify the public.
On the topic of mystification, I would like to note, Obama. Here is a politician who rose out of the woodwork. How did he create such a solid base of supporters? The only platform he has is change. And it seems that is what is making his run for president sweep through Clinton's delegates potential. What change, Obama? Stop blabbing on and on about something you cannot give us a plan for! Change is fine, but being a new face in the political crowd is not a promise for change. Don't use your race, and your youthful political life as route to change. It's not convincing me that you can strengthen an already weakened economy. It does not tell me that you are going to effectively manage a horribly maintained war. And, it does not make me feel that you can be an effective leader.
Clinton, she has a background, has explained her issues with the current state of our government and nation, and has set out a clear and concise plan to make things work for the American public. She can offer a lot of change, because she has a background in making changes happen. She's been connected to a lot of political players who have moved things in the past to force change, and not just talk about it. I remember how much Hilary was involved in discussing policies with her husband during his administration. Personally I don't want two people solely administering this country, but a president should to talk to someone, and if they need help making a good decision, I'd rather want that president be able to get their thoughts out on the table, so that others around them can offer a different point of view. That is the crux of change, people. Change is not just a switch.
Let's not make this a popularity contest people. Vote smart, please!
